How to install SDL-perl for ActivePerl using PPM?

    • The 3D library SDL can not be found in the standard PPD repositories listed in the default installation of ActivePerl.

    Manually checking http://ppm.activestate.com reveals the reason; ActiveState failed to build the latest version.
