Fixed - Slow www response

Floyd-ATC:
I have been having problems with the web server lately, response has been incredibly slow despite ZERO traffic or cpu usage. Last night I finally discovered the source of a problem: The SQL access logger didn't prune old data properly, thus allowing the table to keep growing and growing. After fixing the logger and optimizing the table, performance is now back to normal.
