An installed version of Norman Virus Control 5 is acting up, the configuration settings do not seem to have any effect or you receive unexpected error messages.

Try renaming/removing the file "NVCSTATE.NDF" from your "NORMAN\NVC\CONFIG" directory. This will force NVC5 to rebuild its configuration from the list of installed components.
